Please complete this form at the time of recertification. You will need to upload proof of at least 12 Ringside Medicine CME earned within the past three years in order to maintain your certification.
The ARP will maintain a record of CME earned at an ARP Conferences. You do not need to submit proof of CME earned at an ARP Conference.
There is no cost for recertification.
